We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.

Eligibility

  • Brand New Devices: Can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original sealed packaging.

  • New Open Box Devices: Can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of use.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Devices damaged due to misuse, drops, water, or software tampering.

  • Returns requested after the stated period.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
