Eligibility

Brand New Devices: Can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original sealed packaging.

New Open Box Devices: Can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of use.
Not Eligible for Return

Devices damaged due to misuse, drops, water, or software tampering.

Returns requested after the stated period.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
